People are born with an inherited body type based on skeletal frame and body composition. Most
people are unique combinations of the three body types: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.

 

Fitness and diet go hand in hand. There is no single fitness mantra that you can follow for
building your body and for maintaining a good physique.

Amit’s fitness philosophy is centered around the idea that every individual is unique and requires a customized approach to achieve their goals. He understands that every person has their own unique challenges and limitations, and therefore he tailors his training programs to meet the individual needs of each client. Amit’s training style is focused on a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition coaching to help his clients achieve their goals.

Amit’s clients also benefit from his extensive knowledge of weight training. He has a deep understanding of the biomechanics of resistance training and how to use this knowledge to create effective, results-driven workout plans. His training programs are designed to help clients build strength, increase muscle mass, and improve overall fitness.
